It’s time to launch our 3rd SFMM photo contest. As usual, the image selected, after a vote by the members of the Board of Directors, will be on the cover of the Journal of Medical Mycology in 2023. Images not selected will also be valued and presented in the form of a photo gallery on our new and magnificent SFMM website.
All aspects of medical mycology are admissible, including clinical images, macroscopic, microscopic, digital images, particularly photogenic graphics… The images must imperatively have a definition of 300 dpi (dpi in French) for an image of 15 x 15 cm, i.e. a little more than 3 Mo (1772×1772 pixels). In all cases, the images will be captioned with a maximum of 2 sentences in English and specifying the magnification in the event of a microscopic photo. The candidate’s name, affiliation and email address will be specified. Thank you for transmitting this message to your teams and particularly to the younger ones. Photos should be sent to SFMM The competition closes on December 15, 2022.
